Galatians 1:6-12

We started the Book of Galatians last week and will be heading into V-6 tomorrow. It amazes me how passionate Paul was about the Gospel and why wouldn’t he be? He would live and die by it but along the way he gave us (through the Holy Spirit) some great insight regarding loving the gospel & Jesus.

May we abound with the same passion as we study God’s Word!

We get a chance to see David pretend to be a Madman in this episode of 1 Samuel. What a great joy it is to be encouraged by such a Godly man. Its guys like David that give me hope  ha ha!

What a wonderful opportunity we have in the body of Christ to be the example of Jesus to our community.  It is my desire that we continue to fall more in love with Jesus day by day.  May the Grace of God fall upon all of those you come in contact with as He uses your life to SHOW Himself strong to the residents of Los Banos.

I want to take a moment to thank all of you wonderful saints who came out to support our Brother Chris Williams for his Mom’s Celebration of Life service yesterday. When Jesus stated “the world will know that they are mine by the LOVE they have for one another” was lived out yesterday by all of you. Many thanks for all the food that was delivered. To all the set up & tear down. And most importantly, for all the love you showed Chris’  Family. It is undeniable that there is love in this Fellowship.  You all are the epitome of what a follower of Christ looks like. Thank you for living the words spoken of when I said  “it is no longer profitable to SHARE Jesus with the world we must SHOW Jesus to them.”

You did just that!

Colossians 3:1-12

Since we are in between books at this moment we looked at the “Simplicity of the Gospel” yesterday. What a wonderful blessing it was to hear the Lord touch the hearts of His people. We can sometimes too often get tied up in the mundane things of life and forget exactly what the Gospel really is all about…….Jesus!

Not in my Christianity or what I do for Him, but Jesus Himself! Fall more in love with Jesus than you do your walk!
